1. How do I begin services?
A. To begin services please read over our site & on the main page at the bottom choose a payment method. Once payment is made you will then be taken to a form page that you will need to complete. The form page is to help us learn about you & your case. The data is used in helping to proceed & complete what we need to do.
2. Who reads the information that we submit?
A. The only people who read your information are the owners & the agent that is assigned to your case. No one else will receive or have access to your info. Privacy is very important to us. We always take the necessary measures to provide confidentiality to all our customers.
3. How long does my case stay open?
A. Really it depends on the circumstances of your case. Each case is different meaning each may need more or less time than others.
4. How do I pay?
A. Once you have decided that you want to use our services , you will be required to pay a one time fee of 49.95. Our preferred payment method is PayPal. You can use a credit card , debit card, or a checking account to make payment without actually having an account with them. Other payment methods accepted is money order & western union which for western union the services are 55.95!. If these methods are used it may delay your services until payment is received.
5. How accurate is your investigation?
A. We put 100% into what we do therefore our investigations are also fully accurate.
6. When do I have to pay?
A. You will be required to pay before services start , this is due to people who fill out the form causing us to waste days on investigations , completing them and then receiving no payment.
7. Can I continue services with you on a monthly basis?
A. You may continue services with us if you feel as though you want it to be a time to time thing. There will be additional costs for this depending on the expanded time you want.
8. When I submit the information sheet how long til my case begins?
A. It depends on how many cases we have at the time. If by some chance we have several cases in front of you then there may be a short waiting period & you will be contacted as soon as possible. We believe that our customers deserve the best so we will work towards your case as quickly as possible.
9. What should I do if i have questions after you have started my investigation?
A. You should feel free to email us anytime at info@chatdetectives.com with any questions , concerns or additional info that you think we should know. An agent will address your email in a timely manner.
10. What type of information will I receive once your investigation is completed?
A. You will receive all chat logs , corresponding emails , screen shots and /or video footage from cam sessions with the intended party , recorded phone calls if any , archives from messenger conversations , and anything else that is pertinent to the investigation.
11. Do you advise your customers on what to do?
A. Chat Detectives does not take any responsibility for what happens within the investigation time period between our agents & the intended parties. Chat Detectives follows strict guidelines & only takes necessary actions to complete individual cases as needed. We stay unbiased during investigations, will not share our opinions or advise our customers on what actions to take depending on the results of their case.
12. Is there an age limit for your services?
A. Yes, we will not take customers under the age of 18. If any of the intended parties are under the age of 18 we will immediately dismiss the case. |
